At Brithbath, we deliver luxury shower heads, rainfall systems, bathtubs, and bathroom fixtures directly to your door across the European Union and the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside these regions at this time.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. This applies to all products, including large and heavy items like freestanding bathtubs and ceiling-mounted shower systems.
- Free shipping covers standard delivery within the EU and UK.
- We cover the base shipping costs to make your spa-like bathroom upgrade hassle-free.
Note: For remote areas, islands, highlands, or very large/heavy items (e.g., oversized bathtubs requiring pallet delivery), a small surcharge may apply in rare cases. We will notify you before processing and offer options (including order cancellation if preferred).

We ship only to the following regions:
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- European Union (all 27 member states): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We work with reliable carriers (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or specialist freight for bulky items) to ensure safe delivery.

- Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days after payment clearance).
- Large/fragile items often ship via palletized freight with kerbside or white-glove options — we coordinate directly for safety.
- Orders process Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays in the UK/EU).
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track it via the carrier’s site or your order confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Within the UK: No customs duties or import taxes.
- To EU countries: As a UK-based seller shipping to the EU post-Brexit, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees depending on the destination and value. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or free shipping. We declare accurate values on customs forms.
- For EU deliveries, we may use simplified schemes (e.g., IOSS for lower-value orders) to make VAT collection easier at checkout where possible.
Important Delivery Notes
- Signature required for high-value or bulky items.
- Kerbside delivery for large items: Placed at doorstep/ground level — arrange assistance for indoor moving if needed.
- Inspect on arrival: Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Missed deliveries: Carriers may redeliver or leave a card — follow their instructions.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is overdue:
- Email us at maryele991@outlook.com with your order number.
- We’ll track it with the carrier and update you. In rare loss cases, we reship or refund at our discretion.
Changes or Cancellations
- Cancel or modify before shipping by emailing us quickly.
- After shipping, refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
